Do you have an abundance of thyme, bushels of basil, and a deluge of dill? Then Greenheart Herbal Society invites you to join it on Sept. 12 at 7 p.m. at the College of the Rockies to learn ways to preserve your herbal bounty.
This fun filled evening will feature techniques for drying and freezing herbs as well as ways to make herbal infused vinegars, oils, jams, jellies, syrups and honey. Yummy refreshments will be served.
