Former PCSS student presents post-grad research

Cherie Knight, a Prince Charles Secondary School 1989 graduate, presented her research entitled “Effects of Dietary and Other Factors on Filipino Student Menstrual Pain” at the 17th Canadian Conference on Global Health in Ottawa.

Cherie Knight, a Prince Charles Secondary School 1989 graduate, presented her research entitled “Effects of Dietary and Other Factors on Filipino Student Menstrual Pain” at the 17th Canadian Conference on Global Health in Ottawa with her thesis advisor, Dr. Klaus Irrgang. Currently, she is working on getting her thesis research published. Knight graduated from the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies in the Philippines with a master’s degree in public health with an emphasis in health promotion in October 2008. She is the daughter of Douglas and Roberta Knight of Creston.
