The British Columbia Real Estate Association has appointed Scott Veitch to the board of directors of the Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation effective March 1.
Veitch, a Creston town councillor, is licensed as a managing broker with Creston’s Century 21 Veitch Realty and has been active in the real estate industry for 27 years. He is a past-president of both the Kootenay Real Estate Board and the British Columbia Real Estate Association. He was also an officer with the Real Estate Institute of BC and the recipient of the 2009 RI Award of Excellence.
Real Estate Errors and Omissions Insurance Corporation was established in 1988 and exists pursuant to the Real Estate Services Act to provide mandatory errors and omissions insurance to real estate licensees in B.C.
