Creston’s Royal Canadian Legion branch recently presented bursaries and scholarships to three 2015 graduates of Prince Charles Secondary School:

•Judy Kriese, daughter of the late Second World War veteran Manning Powers, presented the Manning Powers/Bob Vigne Memorial Bursary to Adriana Ingram;

•Larissa Wood, received the Royal Canadian Legion scholarship; and

•Kayla Hickl received the J. McGregor Veitch bursary from Scott Veitch, grandson of the First World War veteran.
