A $10,000 grant from the Alberta-B.C. Lutheran Women's Missionary League (LWML) has been awarded to Creston's Addiction Recovery Centre in the Kootenays (ARK) to assist the society for start-up funds in securing a residential facility.
ARK president Harry Haberstock was handed the cheque by ARK director Doris Seibel, who is also the LWML Kootenay zone president.
