Well, if it's Const. Andrew Luukko he invites Creston newspaper deliveryman Gary Edwards to put his cart into the squad car trunk and drives him around for the remainder of his route on Friday.
“Now people will think I got arrested!” laughed a grateful Edwards, who offered to share his order of French fries to thank Luukko.
