Well, it’s spring again. Leaves are greening, flowers are popping up, and the Creston Museum is opening for its 2014 season.
So, here’s a special shout-out to those that call the Creston Valley home: In honour of the annual International Museums Day, the Creston Museum will be hosting a locals’ day. A special admission of $2 will be offered from 1-5 p.m. May 17 for all local residents.
Manager Tammy Hardwick will be hosting two exclusive curator’s tours, full of local history trivia and facts. Reservations are recommended for those, as space is limited. Don’t worry if you can’t join one of them, though; drop-in tours will be available throughout the afternoon as well.
