The Creston and District Public Library will present the documentary, Greening the Cube: 100 Mile Housing, on Saturday.
Follow the efforts of Canadian green-builders as they strive to imagine and construct homes that are affordable, ethical and environmentally responsible. It features the Sanctuary, a sustainable community in Grand Forks, and other local Kootenay interests.
The film starts at 2 p.m. on March 10 at the library. Admission is free. Running time is 84 minutes.
