Lawrence Stephen Bilcik was born in Lethbridge, Alberta, to parents Albert and Katherine, on May 31, 1936. They moved to Creston when Lawrence was two.

Some of his hobbies included making homemade wooden and copper jewelry, singing karaoke, playing guitar, and travelling.

He married the love of his life Eleanor on September 6, 1958 and together they raised three children, Kelly, Stephen, and Susan. They started Pyramid Building Supplies in 1974 and at one time or another employed all their children and grandchildren.

He was predeceased by both parents, and brothers Gerry and Albert.

Left to mourn is his loving wife Eleanor; children Kelly (Dale) Moberg, Stephen (Tania) Bilcik, Susan (Brian) Newman, extended family Alan and Carmen Cull; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nephews and nieces; sister Emily Juris; and favorite travelling companions brother- and sister-in-law Ron and Donna Remmem and cousins Gary and Betty Anderson.

He will be sadly missed.
