The Prince Charles Secondary School junior boys and girls basketball teams finished their season with their East Kootenay tournaments on March 2 and 3.
The junior boys, coached by Rick Czar, finished fourth. They beat Jaffray 56-30, lost to Golden and lost to Mt. Baker 64-55.
The junior girls finished sixth overall, losing to Golden 54-33, beating Invermere and losing to Cranbrook’s Parkland 49-36. The girls were coached by Darla Fabbro and Lindi Gerlinksi.
The bantam girls finish their season on March 9/10 in Jaffray at their East Kootenay championships.
Next up for PCSS sports are girls soccer, and track and field.
