Kenneth Martin of Creston, BC passed away in Creston, BC on August 30, 2017 from asbestos-related lung disease.
Kenneth was born and educated in Edmonton, AB. He was a sheet metal worker for 11 years and became a sheet metal estimator for 29 years. He retired in 1990 to Kootenay Lake for 23 years, then moved to Creston in 2013.
Kenneth was an avid golfer, curler, fisherman and hunter.
He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Elizabeth, and three brothers: Tom, George and Jack.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 57 years Barbara; sons Bill (Deb) and Michael (Tracy: children Madison, Reid and Jacob); daughter Cathy (Don: children Courtney and Alexandria).
A service will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 1:30 pm at Creston Catholic Hall, 120 16 Ave North, Creston.
