Deborah Marlene Kutryk

March 9, 1957 ~ May 1, 2017

It is with great sadness that the family of Deborah Marlene Kutryk, age 60, of Creston, BC announces her passing on May 1, 2017.

Deborah, beloved daughter, wife, mother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Creston. Iris her faithful service dog, misses her.

She was the youngest and only daughter of three siblings. Deborah studied at Alberta College of Art and Design.

She is survived by husband Norman Howard Johnston; daughter Virginia Ann Lemesurier; granddaughter Violet Lynn; brothers Patrick and Philip; and numerous nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind numerous loving relatives and friends.

Family and friends will remember that Debby loved the town of Creston where she resided and spent many happy years on her passion of Debby's Healing Kitchen.

She enjoyed her time with her daughter Virginia and granddaughter Violet; they were her pride and joy. She will be remembered by them for her grace, edgy sense of humor and her unconditional love.

Debby was very active, loved spending time in her garden and being outdoors. She was an artist and a dreamer who sought peace and beauty in life. She died too young, at 60, before all of her dreams were realized. Do not put off until tomorrow what you can do today.

Debby's request of no funeral or service is being respected. Family wishes to thank all who visited and called during her last illness.
