Concerts are being held July 4 and 5 to benefit Snoring Sasqautch owner Paul Hutcheson.

A series of concerts will be held this weekend to benefit Paul Hutcheson, who, with his wife Shelli, owns the Snoring Sasquatch music and arts venue. Several weeks ago, Hutcheson suffered significant burns to his right hand and arm, and although he is healing well, he has incurred medical expenses as he does not have insurance.

On July 4, two concerts will be held, with an all ages concert starting at 7:30 p.m. (doors at 6:30) at the Snoring Sasquatch. Blues, funk and R&B will be offered by the Howlin’ Dan Electric Trio, with heavy metal by Beardo, comprised of Micah Snow, Dillon Olfert, Neil Ripsky and Nathan DeVuono. Admission is by donation.

At 9 p.m. Friday (doors at 8), Stormcrow — Rick Potyok, Jan MacDonald, Mike Daybell and Dave Brummet — will play at Rotacrest Hall, in an adults-only concert. Tickets to the licensed event are $10, available at Buffalo Trails Coffee House and Kingfisher Used Books.

On Saturday, the Snoring Sasquatch will host another all ages show at 7:30 p.m. (doors at 6:30), featuring the Howling Wannabes (Gary Deatherage, Jason Deatherage, Rick Potyok, Jan MacDonald, Dave Lyons), Carl Erickson and friends (Micah Snow, Gary Snow, Adam Koenig, Velle Weitman, Don Clark) and Mark Koenig and friends (Micah Snow, Gary Snow, Adam Koenig, Karl Sommerfeld). Admission is by donation.
