The Gray Creek Historical Society is hosting its 11th annual Museum Days from noon-6 p.m. July 26-29 at the Gray Creek Hall. Four days of displays, historical and contemporary, will celebrate life and people in Gray Creek and other parts of the East Shore, and will mark the passing of two dearly loved Gray Creekers, Johnny Oliver and Peter Duryea.
Other displays will feature the Lakeview store (then and now), stone boats, Gray Creek Hall’s 100th anniversary, the June 2012 floods (with 2013 updates), Susan Hulland’s nature journals, widgets, research and much more.
